MINDFULNESS
Mindfulness is defined to pay attention in a particular way on purpose in the present moment and also a moment by moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations. Mindfulness is a choice to cultivate yourself to lead a peaceful life. It will have a great deal to do with your long term success when you will start practice and will come to understand what vital support they truly are. It help us to respond ,not to react. It is simple but it is not often easy. There are some core attitudes of creative mindfulness which make your life more meaningful 1. Non judging- Notice and let it go of your judging. 2. Patience- Be patient with yourself and with the process. 3. Trust- Trust in yourself. 4. Beginners- Remain open and curious. 5. Non striving- Don't try too hard. 6. Acceptance- Accept the preset. 7. Let it go- Notice and let it go of attachment
