MINDFULNESS

 Mindfulness is defined to pay attention in a particular way on purpose in the present moment and also a moment by moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations. Mindfulness is a choice to cultivate yourself to lead a peaceful life. It will have a great deal to do with your long term success when you will start practice and will come to understand what vital support they truly are. It help us to respond ,not to react. It is simple but it is not often easy. There are some core attitudes of creative mindfulness which make your life more meaningful 1. Non judging- Notice and let it go of your judging. 2. Patience- Be patient with yourself and with the process. 3. Trust- Trust in yourself. 4. Beginners- Remain open and curious. 5. Non striving- Don't try too hard. 6. Acceptance- Accept the preset. 7. Let it go- Notice and let it go of attachment

BE BRAVE TO EXPLORE YOUR DREAM

        Dream is an inspiring picture of your imagination which make your feeling happy and progressing mood in life. But most of the dreamers have less courage to accomplished their dreams due to scarce mindset. We all have layers of limited beliefs, fear, and blocks that cannot be changed overnight. But the day when you started to see you at your dream place,your dream will start flourishing. The power of vision board is the first step towards your goal. Add some good habits in your daily life which will help you undoubtedly the dream to really-    -- Choose your professional hero.  -- Explore your dream and project it with someone who believe you and will be a support system. -- Give at least 10 minute to yourself to visualize how it will look like when you achieve your dreams. -- Set your goals and prepare your target list for 1 year, then first three months and then 1 month for your self projection.     -- Take daily actions. Dreaming is nothing without actions.                 

Silence Is The Source Of Greater Strength

Silence is a precious gift that we give to our self . Few days ago,I was a very talkative girl. I used to gossip a lot and involved with long conversation with my loved ones. I didn't have any idea that what is the role of silence in my life. I don't know why but slowly I realized that the valueless talks will be avoided as they might be caused for conflict,confused and gut feeling and it is also a way to destroy the energy. by receiving the negative vibration from other side. Life is a journey of failure and success. The experience which I have gained through this process, pushed me to go deeper toward my intuition. At the moment, I prepared myself and started practicing to build my own silence. I become more closer to the centre of my heart. I realized that silence fertilizes the deep place where personality grows.

BUILD A HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP WITH YOURSELF

As a healthy relationship is based on curiosity and knowledge about your motives, intention and our needs so therefore before build a relationship with your self which can help you tremendously to have a positive community. Your healthy relationship with your self is the foundation of everything. When you start accepting all the different factors of yourself and stop fighting the so called "negative" qualities that have been trying to keep you submerged. Allow yourself to be see the whole amazing incarnation of yourself rather than continuing edit yourself for the world.  Once you get a place where you feel comfortable,confident and loving towards yourself, all those other relationships you want to cultivate will also benefit you to find self appreciation and you might find much more positive experience in all facts of life. 

AN AUTHENTIC SELF

A cat doesn't try to be a tiger and you should not try to be something you are not, just try making the best of what God has made. You are a process ,not a product. So explore your true self and recognize who you are when you have no fear of judgement, or before the world around you starts pushing or telling who you are supposed to be. By shedding old ways and beliefs , you can discover the wisdom of your soul. In order to attract right people into your life, you need to be your true authentic self. Don't let people define you , create your own definition of your true self , never underestimate yourself because there is a great power in simply being you. Being authentic self practice to be honest and boost your courage, confidence and self love which are the ultimate happiness in life

It is not an easy task but also not impossible to identify your inner strength. Each and every living being has been sent to the world for a particular purpose by the planning of God. Most of the time , we are unaware about our natural talents due to the pressure of parents or family or any social issues. Unknowingly God indicates and give you some signs about your hidden talents. But you are the only the person who will be responsible to know  your strength, open up yourself and make a choice to become a fearless soul by taking a life assessment. At the end, passion and hard work beats out natural talent.

Our emotions play a big role in how we act or react to negative situation.It is therefore important internally to understand or to acknowledge your feelings and how they affect our decisions. We people has different ways of copying with negative emotions such as anger ,anxiety or sadness but these methods will only make us feel better for a short time often with a long term regret.
