INTELLECTUAL BENEFIT OF EXERCISE

I always dream a beautiful toned figure so I am very much interested for different exercise like Yoga, Aerobic or cardio workout. Before few months ago, I had a misconception about Gym that strength training is not necessary for women . After joining Gym , a huge amount of self-improvement is realized by me. As it is a fitness center, its no doubt, you will surely get your expected figure only if u will give your sufficient effort but the most important thing is that I really felt helpful after such practice. When I invested myself completely for two hours with a goal of a beautiful figure, slowly I found gradual body transformation but along with this, my focus level has also increased. I became more confident and my concentration power has developed. When it became my habit, I sensed my self-worth and betterment about me. The greatest power that I achieved is that I am able to face every mental and emotional challenges in my life which was once blocking my way.
